The final stage shall not display green but move through a 3-second amber to red. The controller will then begin to sequence as prescribed dependent upon operational mode once the signals have been at all-red for at least the maximum pre-set all-red period.

Maximum green times are selectable between 7 seconds and 50 seconds in 1 second increments.
2.60
If a Signal is displaying a green, rather than transition immediately to all red, the system enters a HOLD state in which no signalling transitions can occur. This lasts for up to a maximum of 7 seconds. The system will then go to all red heads for the max clearance time prior to signals off.

The system controllers will perform the Automatic Comms Recovery protocol as outlined in Siignals Failure Mode Diagram V1.1. NOTE: No Automatic Comms Recovery if any other failure detected on the system.
