TOPAS Management Board have today made a decision for its Limited Company to close. As a result, TOPAS will now determine a plan for a transition of its assets and functions and will be working with the DfT to transition to a new model. A statement of intention will be provided at the TOPAS AGM on 20^th August. This does not affect any current activities of TOPAS.
